Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking.

By proceeding to pay a deposit/booking fee you accept that you are entering into a contract and you agree to be bound by these conditions. By using this website and booking with hairandmakeupbyvictoria.w this signifies that you agree to our terms and conditions.hairandmakeupbyvictoria.w reserves the right to withdraw services without notice and will not be liable.

Deposit / Booking Fee

Bookings will only be confirmed once a 50% deposit/booking fee has been received. All deposits/booking fees are non refundable or transferable. This means once we have received your deposit/booking fee your booking is confirmed and we will turn away any clients that are wanting to book in your time slot.


Parking must be provided and paid for by the client. Due to having to carry heavy equipment our hair and makeup artists need to park as close to venue as possible therefore valet parking at hotels is required.

Travel Fee

A travel fee will be dependent on the location of the client. Please fill out the contact form and mention the location for a quote including the travel fee.

Client Obligations On The Wedding Day

We will put together a schedule for the day, please ensure all members of the party are aware of the time they need to get their hair and makeup done by. This will ensure we will run on time with no delays. Please make sure all other instructions before the wedding are followed i.e washing hair the day/night before the booking and brushed through. You are to inform us of any allergies or reactions prior to or after makeup application or hair styling. If we have not been made aware of any known allergies we cannot be held liable for any reactions, injuries, losses, costs or claims that could occur to you or any member of the party/client.

Photography & Image Copyright

It is important that we continue to update our website and social media portfolio. Please let us know in written email before the day of the booking if anyone does not wish to be photographed or put on social media, I will then ensure myself and my team will be made aware of this and will not photograph the individual.


Payments via Direct Deposit are welcome. Please write your full name in the description these will need to be made minimum 3 week prior to the date in full. (Deposits are to be made via direct deposit)

Cash on the day (To be paid prior to your service starting).

Cancellations And Issues

If you need to cancel your booking please allow at least 24 hours notice. The deposit will NOT be refunded.
